Refunds:

•    Before making a payment, please ensure that all work has been completed according to your requirements. If any immediate service issues arise within 24 hours, contact the same service provider directly to address and resolve the problem, as most issues can be resolved quickly this way.

We will investigate the matter, and if we find that the problem lies with the service provider, we will work & try to recover the charges and issue a refund, or if required we may block the Service provider from our platform. 

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within [15] business days after recovering the money from the Service Provider.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Fees:

• Certain fees, such as setup fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These fees will be clearly outlined in the service agreement or contract.
•  The company will not issue refunds form its own or cover any financial losses, as we operate on a 0% commission model, ensuring that the full amount goes directly to the service provider .

Disputes:

• In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through negotiation.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per the terms of the service agreement.

Shipping and delivery charges

This applies only to those who opt for the immediate service option. Since we provide immediate service, our service provider needs to travel to the customer's location as soon as both parties agree. If the service provider has already left for the location and the customer cancels the order, the user will be required to pay a penalty of 30 rupees when they use our service next.
