However, the company is not liable for any fraud, misbehavior, or unprofessional service between the service providers and users of the mobile app. Both users of the company's mobile app are responsible for verifying service providers and customers before contacting each other.

By installing the app and using it, it is implicit that the user/service provider is aware of the terms and conditions.

This concept aims to reduce costs for users by converting high commissions charged to few categories  service providers to 0%. In this mobile app, few Categories service providers list themselves without background verification conducted by the company for either the service providers or all users."
