Our app is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers. We do not directly control shipping or delivery, but we outline the following policies to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.
Service Provider's Responsibility:
- Service providers are solely responsible for traveling to the customer's location and providing the agreed-upon services in a timely and professional manner.
- They must notify customers promptly of any delays, changes, or issues that may affect the service delivery
Customer's Responsibility:
- Customers must ensure they are available at the designated location and time to receive the service.
- They must notify the service provider promptly of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.
Cancellation Policy:
- If a customer cancels an order after the service provider has already departed for the location, a cancellation fee of ₹30 may be applied at the service provider's discretion
- This amount can be paid immediately or added to the customer's next service request
