We do not:
- Participate in transactions: We do not process payments, handle refunds, or get involved in any financial transactions.
- Guarantee service quality: We do not ensure that services are provided to a certain standard or quality.
- Resolve disputes: We do not resolve disputes between customers and service providers, and encourage them to resolve issues directly.
By using our platform, customers and service providers acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding that we are not a party to their transactions and do not assume responsibility for their interactions.
